Join the team behind The Secret Skincare and help shape the future of one of Australia’s leading skincare brands. We're looking for a creative, organised and hands-on Senior Marketing Specialist to drive our campaigns, elevate our brand, and support our rapid growth.

Responsibilities

  • Execute monthly marketing campaigns across PR, SMS, EDM, paid & organic social media
  • Lead content strategy, including planning and directing monthly photoshoots
  • Manage influencer relationships, UGC campaigns, and paid content performance
  • Coordinate PR initiatives, events, and media communications
  • Oversee website updates, monthly blog content, and client engagement
  • Provide marketing support for partner clinics and internal business development
  • Monitor and report on campaign results and marketing effectiveness

  • Creative flair with a keen eye for brand consistency and visual direction
  • Excellent time management, communication, and copywriting skills

Nurse Practitioner or Doctor
(part-time contracted position)

 

Role Overview

A high-level customer service and medical role, the key focus of this role is to be the direct line of contact and voice behind the brand. This role is customer facing and first point of contact for first time customer or existing patients, by offering detailed medical and skincare scripting and advice with luxury-brand service.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting consults via phone for customers who have placed order requests
  • Reviewing photos and using the closed loop scripting operating procedures
  • Liaise with patient experience team on patient requirements and reactions.
  • Provide ongoing support to patient experience team for existing patients as required
  • Provide advice on changes to orders and scripts if required.
  • Provide wet ink scripts on a weekly basis to our pharmacy
  • Actively contribute, research, and propose to the Patient Experience Manager and CEO new and better ways to improve patient experience.
  • Provide updated knowledge to the Medical Director and CEO around new courses of treatments
  • Advising patients of how to use the products and what to avoid whilst utilising prescription skincare

Patient Experience Skin Specialist
(casual position)

 

  • First point of contact for patients requiring product advice via email and phone
  • Liaise with medical team around patient requirements or reactions.
  • Compose reintroduction plans for patients if required
  • Advise patients via email of order status and provide advice for supporting skincare
  • Social DMs, ‘contact us’ page follow ups.
  • Order and treatment plan management and implementation as required.
  • Ad hoc duties as required to support the business

Experience

  • Demonstrated experience with Shopify, Shippit and other courier apps
  • Current Australian Drivers license
  • Exceptional Interpersonal skills
  • Experience with MS suite and G-suite.
