Customer Service Specialist 
(part-time and full-time) 

A high-level customer service specialist role with a focus on providing knowledgeable and exceptional patient support.

  • Actively engage patients and support them through their Secret Skincare journey.
  • Provide knowledgeable advice to patients from order placement to fulfilment.
  • Assist in guiding patients through the ordering process and liaise with pharmacist and Doctors for patients.
  • Offer detailed medical and skincare advice and care with luxury-brand service.
  • Packaging and fulfilling orders to our high presentation standards.

Experience

  • Demonstrated experience with patient care (highly desirable).
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge and experience with retail, skin, or healthcare products.
  • Strong sales skills to upsell and drive the best outcome for customers and patients.
  • Experience with MS suite and G-suite.

Packing and Customer Support 
(casual and part-time) 

The key focus of this role is to support the operational and client service arms of business ensuring all runs smoothly.


Service & Operations
  • Liaise with pharmacy, collect products, carry, and transport stock between pharmacy and TSS (must have car and drivers licence)
  • Process orders via website and effectively manage online platforms to ensure a satisfactory customer journey.
  • Ability to stocktake, and manage product levels
  • Physically packing orders, and postage
  • Use skincare, medical and product knowledge to select the correct products for patients
  • Actively contribute, research, and propose to BDM new and better ways to improve client experience and operational methods
  • Check courier progress and highlight outstanding / pending deliveries
  • Provide assistance to the customer service team where necessary.

Skills and Experience

  • General computer skills including good knowledge of MS office
  • Sound working knowledge of g-mail and or other email applications
  • Demonstrated experience with patient care (highly desirable)
  • Demonstrated Client and or customer service
  • Knowledge and experience with retail, skin, or healthcare products (preferred but not required) 
  • Able to work in a team-based environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service skills
  • High level of ethical behaviour
  • A genuine passion for patient care
  • Physically fit and healthy, able to carry stock boxes, accept deliveries and travel by foot between locations
  • Exceptional attention to detail and effective time management skills

Partnerships Manager (part-time) 

The focus of this role is to manage and support the in-clinic revenue stream of business with emphasis on training and facilitating key accounts. 

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all clinic customer account management matters
  • Training, sales coaching and support for all clinic accounts 
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Maintain sustained growth across the business, including in-clinic sales

Experience

  • Experience in project management, people management, budget management and business strategies which translate into successful outcomes
  • Knowledge and experience with retail, skin, or healthcare products desirable
  • Exceptional Customer Service and interpersonal Skills 
  • Cert IV Training and Assessment is desirable
  • Demonstrated experience with patient care (highly desirable)
  • Strong sales skills to upsell and drive the best outcome for customers and patients.
  • Training and up-skilling experience
