Partnerships Manager (part time) 

The focus of this role is to manage and support the in-clinic revenue stream of business with emphasis on training and facilitating key accounts. 

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all clinic customer account management matters
  • Training, sales coaching and support for all clinic accounts 
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Maintain sustained growth across the business, including in-clinic sales


  • Experience in project management, people management, budget management and business strategies which translate into successful outcomes
  • Knowledge and experience with retail, skin, or healthcare products desirable
  • Exceptional Customer Service and interpersonal Skills 
  • Cert IV Training and Assessment is desirable
  • Demonstrated experience with patient care (highly desirable)

Brand and Marketing Coordinator (full-time position, travel may be required)

Manager: Marketing Manager

Under the management, guidance and support of the Brand and Marketing Manager, the Marketing and 

Brand Coordinator will guide the direction and implementation of a variety of marketing, communication and advertising solutions. Over any given week this role will develop, deliver and support a range of initiatives to improve the use of marketing collateral and design across The Secret Skincare and associated opportunities/partnerships. The role has autonomy and covers everything in marketing and communications.

Working closely with the Brand and Marketing, develop and implement campaign / project-based strategic marketing plans to support existing and planned business activities, design of marketing collateral and growth of the brand.

You should possess a strong foundation and knowledge of marketing, brand and communication initiatives. Must have an eye for detail, a strong vision for the brand and larger business strategy. Must be a team player with a positive attitude and a hands-on approach to your work. A creative and innovative mindset is welcomed.

Core Duties and Responsibilities 

Campaign and BAU 

  • Work with external agencies, to design and implement key marketing campaigns.
  • Liaise with graphic designers to coordinate dynamic campaign content. 
  • Liaise with graphic designers to coordinate BAU content.  
  • Perform competitive research to understand the skincare industry and competitors and incorporate findings for better campaign results
  • Manage the monitoring and reporting of the campaign and advertising performance and effectiveness.
  • Manage and ensure compliance with The Secret Skincare brand.
  • Develop and coordinate promotions and hero campaigns, supporting wider marketing strategy 
  • Plan, coordinate and market events organised by The Secret Skincare 
  • Provide shadow writing and internal communications support to the organisation.
  • Support The Secret’s business development and growth teams with proactive and responsive marketing strategies that assist with meeting The Secret’s business objectives.

Marketing and Public Relations

  • Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams for the timely and relevant content
  • Identifying and running successful beginning-to-end marketing campaigns and communication strategies 
  • Identify and keep a schedule of all industry-relevant events and awards for attendance 
  • Writing monthly informative blogs
  • Arranging photo shoots and videography across BAU and campaign concepts 
  • Creating copy for EDM, key marketing communications and messaging, as per the overarching strategy 
  • Ideation and coordination of PR initiatives, if required
  • Coordination and delivery of event campaigns, if required
  • Updating the website when necessary
  • Regular liaising and building relationships with current and potential celebrity clients
  • Creating copy for media enquiries, speeches, articles, etc. 
  • Identify potential influencer and ambassador opportunities.
  • Facilitate all communication with influencers, ambassadors and media from TSS perspective.
  • Facilitate with the PR consults regarding all negotiations and product arrangements - including active follow-up.

Digital Marketing and Social Media 

  • Oversee the social media accounts for The Secret including planning, growth strategies and campaign ideation, as per the overarching business and marketing strategy. 
  • Contribute with ideation for new and exciting campaigns aligned with the wider brand narrative and strategy 
  • Create all social content including posts, stories, reels, videos and others for campaigns 
  • Build relationships with customers, industry professionals and journalists via social media on approval from the Brand and Marketing Manager 
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
  • Closely monitor the skincare industry, investigating trends and potential opportunities for The Secret Skincare
  • Closely monitor and engage mentions of The Secret Skincare, and any commentary around the company or founder - positive and negative (Reactive only) 
  • Identify any UGC opportunities, where possible
  • Identify any Influencer / model opportunities, where possible
  • Identify any media opportunities, where possible
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign

Brand and Project 

  • Assist the Brand and Marketing Manager, providing direction and strategy for innovative product development across the skincare range.
  • Identify and obtain market results, exploring innovative products for Australian and international markets
  • Request and coordinate with key suppliers for quotes and samples. 
  • Liaise with key suppliers for product development, aligned with the wider business strategy. 
  • Ensure all product packaging adheres to manufacture and brand style guides

Administrative Duties

  • Create End of Week and Monthly reporting on key areas of the marketing mix 
  • Assisting with the correct implementation of policies and procedures and identifying areas of improvement to ensure efficiency within the business, where possible. 
  • Ensuring the work areas are kept clean and tidy

Job requirements and qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role
  • Demonstrated experience with social media content creation 
  • Client and customer service experience 
  • Knowledge and experience with Marketing and Communication activities, particularly social media.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
  • Experience planning and leading community initiatives
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
