Customer Service Specialist (casual)

A high-level customer service specialist role with a focus on providing knowledgeable and exceptional patient support.

  • Actively engage patients and support them through their Secret Skincare journey.
  • Provide knowledgable advice to patients from order placement to fulfilment.
  • Assist in guiding patients through the ordering process and liaise with pharmacist and Doctors for patients.
  • Offer detailed medical and skincare advice and care with luxury-brand service.
  • Packaging and fulfilling orders to our high presentation standards.

Experience

  • Demonstrated experience with patient care (highly desirable).
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge and experience with retail, skin, or healthcare products.
  • Strong sales skills to upsell and drive the best outcome for customers and patients.
  • Experience with MS suite and G-suite.
