Content & Digital Marketing Specialist

Under the management, guidance and support of the Head of Brand and Marketing, the Content & Digital Marketing Specialist will work cohesively to guide the direction and implementation of various marketing, communication and advertising solutions, with a focus on digital marketing. Over any given week this role will develop, deliver and support a range of initiatives to improve the use of marketing collateral and design across The Secret Skincare and associated opportunities/partnerships. 

Working closely with the Brand and Marketing team, you will be required to develop and implement digital campaign / project-based strategic marketing plans to support existing and planned business activities, design of marketing collateral and growth of the brand.

The successful candidate may require travel - both nationally and internationally, please ensure you hold a valid passport. Working from home, as well as flexible working is included in approval.

About You:

You should possess a strong foundation and knowledge of digital marketing, brand and communication initiatives. Must have an eye for detail, and a strong vision for the brand and wider business strategy. Must be a team player with a positive attitude and a hands-on approach to your work. A creative and innovative mindset is welcomed.

  • Have strong time management and organisational skills
  • Have well-rounded communication skills and creative writing experience

 Job requirements and qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role (this is not a junior role, you must have at least 3 years of proven experience) 
  • Demonstrated experience with social media content creation 
  • Client and customer service experience 
  • Knowledge and experience with Marketing and Communication activities, particularly social media.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
  • Experience planning and leading community initiatives
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
  • Hands-on experience with social media management
  • Ability to interpret website traffic
  • Knowledge of online marketing 
  • Knowledge of online skincare and The Secret Skincare product suite

  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field

Customer Service Specialist 

A high-level customer service specialist role with a focus on providing knowledgeable and exceptional patient support. This role would suit someone working currently in skincare, medical or beauty.

This role is flexible in nature and can go to fulltime. Working from home is possible after a successful training period.

We are a rapidly expanding business and this role is a stepping stone to our rapid expansion. 

Some of your day to day tasks are: 

  • Actively engage patients and support them through their Secret Skincare journey.
  • Provide knowledgeable advice to patients from order placement to fulfilment.
  • Assist in guiding patients through the ordering process and liaise with pharmacist and Doctors for patients.
  • Offer detailed skincare advice and care with luxury-brand service.
  • Packaging and fulfilling orders to our high presentation standards.
  • We are a growing business so some ad hoc duties will also be required.


  • Demonstrated experience with patient care (highly desirable).
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge and experience with retail, skin, or healthcare products.

Partnerships team member (part-time)


The focus of this role is to support the in-clinic revenue stream of business with emphasis on training and facilitating key accounts. 

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all clinic customer account management matters
  • Training, sales coaching and support for clinic accounts within territory 
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Create new relationships with clinics to expand footprint
  • Maintain sustained growth across the business, including in-clinic sales

Packing Team 

Packing support role with a focus on providing logistics, packaging orders to The Secret Skincare's high standards.

  • Collecting orders from our compounding pharmacy and bringing them to the office for packing
  • Fulfilment of all prescription, retail and wholesale orders within specific timelines
  • Maintenance of all databases
  • Stocktaking and ordering of goods for the business
  • Packaging and fulfilling orders to our high presentation standards.


  • Demonstrated experience with shopify, shippit and other courier apps
  • Current Australian Drivers license
  • Exceptional Interpersonal skills
  • Experience with MS suite and G-suite.
